humaaaaans is owned and operated by humaaaaans Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and humaaaaans Ltd.

2. Description of Service

humaaaaans provides an AI-powered LinkedIn talent search tool that helps recruiters and HR professionals find suitable candidates for job positions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze job descriptions and search LinkedIn profiles for relevant matches.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use humaaaaans, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Pricing and Payment

humaaaaans offers various pricing plans as displayed on our website. All prices are in Euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions: Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

6. Refund Policy

100% Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund on your first search request if you are not satisfied with the results. To request a refund, contact us at hello.humaaaaans@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your search results.

Subscription Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except for your first search request as stated above. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are owned by humaaaaans Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your data solely to provide the Service to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEMAI LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless humaaaaans Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Third-Party Services

humaaaaans searches LinkedIn profiles as part of its service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.

Your use of the Service must comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and User Agreement. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your violation of third-party terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
